Our approach balances ethical sourcing, social responsibility and environmental improvement with the durability, performance and compliance required of operational uniforms.
We continue to work with customers and supply partners to improve material choices, reduce avoidable waste and strengthen responsible practices across each stage of development and production.
We work with suppliers expected to meet clear standards covering labour practices, workplace safety, environmental responsibility, ethical conduct and legal compliance, including approved sub-contractors.
Our supplier requirements address child and forced labour, discrimination, wages, working hours, freedom of association, occupational health and safety, and lawful environmental practices.
Prospective suppliers are assessed through due diligence and are required to comply with our Supplier Code of Conduct, including clear prohibitions on forced labour, trafficking and other forms of modern slavery.
Where technically suitable, we can source recycled and lower-impact material options, including recycled polyester fabrics, recycled insulation and alternative packaging. All options remain subject to performance, testing and customer requirements.
We support equal opportunity, respectful workplaces and an inclusive culture, with zero tolerance for discrimination, harassment and bullying across our operations and supplier relationships.
